First of all, you should have your survey invitation at hand and enter the right URL provided in the offer. Different URLs work for different customers and surveys. For example:

If the URL you’ve just entered is not working, then you should know that the survey might be expired.

After you open the survey URL, you can see an input box that asking you to enter the passcode included in your letter. Enter it correctly and click the “Start” button to continue. If it says “Your passcode is invalid.

Please check your passcode, it means your passcode is not valid for this survey or your passcode is wrong.

Then you need to provide the information about the vehicle you’ve purchased and answer the survey questions regarding the vehicle.

At the end of the survey, submit your personal information so that you could receive an entry to The J.D. Power New Auto Shopper Study Sweepstakes.

The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who: 1) have reached the age of majority in the state they physically reside at the time of entry; and 2) to whom this offer is specifically addressed.
